My priorities:

• Reducing the number of vacant buildings in the ward by collaborating with stakeholders and passing legislation like Proposition V to hold absentee landlords accountable.

• Cutting bureaucracy for businesses as chairman of the Special Committee on Reducing Red Tape, where we have held listening sessions for businesses owners and are developing legislation to support small businesses in the City.

• Enforcing our prevailing wage law to make sure workers get the pay they deserve.
